A piece of my life’s recipe:

I’ve been around food all of my life and I love what food is able to teach me about the world. I love food so much so, that I eventually went to culinary school and became a chef. Twenty years later, here I am with a well tenured career and only making a slight pivot in my career.

Enter: the digital hospitality world. The pandemic showed me the vulnerabilities of restaurants everywhere. I realized that I could help my colleagues and the chefs of the future by helping design the tools they need. With a little educational boost from the University of Texas, I’m on a new path in the industry I know and love.
